Community guidelines

WorkMap is a place for real people to get real work done. Keep it honest, keep it respectful, keep it safe. Breaking these guidelines gets content removed and accounts suspended — we have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour.

Post real jobs and real offers

• Post work you actually want done, with honest photos and an honest price.
• Pros: only offer on work you can do, and show up when you say you will.
• No fake jobs, fake offers, fake reviews or multiple accounts.

Keep photos and messages clean

• No nudity or sexual content. No graphic violence or gore. No hate symbols. Photos are checked automatically and removed if they fail.
• No slurs, threats, harassment or hate speech. Messages are filtered; slurs are blocked outright.
• No posting other people’s private information (addresses, phone numbers, photos of people without consent).

Be honest about who you are

• Use your real name or your real business name.
• Only switch on the “licensed” and “insured” badges if it’s true. Misrepresenting credentials gets you removed.
• No impersonating other people, businesses or WorkMap staff.

No scams

• No deposits before work, no “pay to see the address”, no overpayment tricks, no moving the conversation off-platform to dodge these rules.
• No illegal work, no work that requires a licence you don’t hold.

Ratings

Rate honestly, once per job, after the job is done. No trading ratings and no rating in retaliation.

Reporting

Anyone can report any job, profile or message from its … menu, and block anyone. Reports go to a human within 24 hours. Repeat or severe violations mean permanent removal.
